Our current most popular service is providing custom water-jet and laser cut parts. Typical
applications include automotive exhaust systems and spacers. We offer full design services for
these parts, and can also assist you in determining all the measurements that are necessary for
production without you having to send the mating pieces to us.
To put things in perspective, a typical AISI 304 stainless steel turbo-manifold flange 13mm (1/2")
thick will cost you about $20, shipping within North America will be between $5 - $20, and the turn
around time once the design is finalized is often inside of one week. Here you are getting a custom
made flange, compatible with all stainless alloy exhausts and thick enough to prevent undue warping
in a fraction of the time it takes to order a similar item from a generic retailer that usually doesn't
even care if it fits or not!
We can assure you that we will make absolutely sure that your parts fit and work properly, there is
simply no other way to do business as far as we are concerned.
